Can I see a proof of my card?
We cannot supply proofs but you are able to see the exact design,
layout and text on your card on the screen before purchasing.

What formats do you accept when I upload artwork for the ‘Upload
Logo’ range of business cards?
We can handle
many different file formats for your logo. Below is a full list.
- JPEG Image (.jpg or .jpeg)
- Bitmap Image (.bmp)
- GIF Image (.gif)
- TIFF Image (.tif or .tiff)
- Adobe Acrobat Document (.pdf)
- Adobe Illustrator Artwork - (.ai)

What payment cards do you accept?
We accept the following cards… Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
(previously Switch) and Delta.

How can I get an invoice?
A VAT invoice will come in the packaging with your order.

Is VAT
extra?
Yes. As is normal practice with business product sites, the costs
quoted for our cards and the handling and delivery charges exclude
VAT. If you are registered for VAT you can reclaim the VAT.

What size
are the business cards?
The cards are 85mm x 55mm - this is the standard size for business
cards. They are printed on 340gsm quality ivory board – again,
this is the industry standard for business card board.
