as standard – unlike others we don’t charge extra for a rush
job!
Please note: All delivery times apply to orders placed on weekdays before 2pm. For orders placed after 2pm, or at the weekend, these will be processed the following working day.
You have a choice of delivery method:
- Standard Delivery means that your order will be
sent by Royal Mail’s ‘First Class’ service. Most
orders (around 93%) will be delivered the next day, including Saturdays,
but this is not guaranteed. A signature is not required for this
option but bear in mind that the package may not fit through your
letter box – use the ‘delivery instructions’ box
when checking out to tell the postman where to leave the package
if you may be out.
- Express Delivery means your order will be sent out
by Royal Mail’s ‘Special Delivery Next Day’ service.
This service offers a guarantee that delivery will be by 1.00pm the
next working day (note this does not include Saturdays) for 99% of addresses
(including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey). Some remote areas

Day’ service delivery times. Note that this option will require
a signature.
- Super Express Delivery means your order will be sent
out by Royal Mail’s ‘Special Delivery 9.00am’ service.
This service offers a guarantee that delivery will be by 9.00am the
next working day (note this does not include Saturdays) for 99% of
addresses including Northern Ireland and Jersey. The 9.00am guarantee
does not include Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and some remote parts
